Capitán Organic is the result of the hard work of several communities in Chiapas,
located in Ángel Albino Corzo, Capitán Luis Ángel Vidal, La Concordia, and
Montecristo de Guerrero. This coffee is produced along the well-known coffee-
growing region of Ángel Albino Corzo and the important economic corridor of
Frailesca and Sierra Mariscal, in the Sierra Madre of Chiapas, Mexico.
The coffee is grown using environmentally friendly, organic practices, free from
fertilizers and other agrochemicals harmful to the soil and biosphere. Chiapas is
recognized as the largest producer of organic coffee in the country.
